There are specific conditions to consider before confirming a rental:
- Indoor Accommodations. The flower walls will need to be setup indoors. Exceptions may be made according to circumstances such as a covered patio, and qualifying weather conditions.
- A reasonable time and suitable location in the home or business will need to be provided. The flower walls are 8 feet tall and 8 feet wide.
- Pick-up time will be the same day or following morning, depending on the location setup.
- A deposit will be received from the client no earlier than 7 days prior of the event reserved.
- Full payment of rental must be received from the client the day of the event.
- Damage to Property. Client will take reasonable care of the flower wall(s) during the rental period. Client will be responsible for any damage to the flower wall(s) caused by negligence, Misue, or intentional acts.
- Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Music City Flower Walls LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the use or operation of the flower wall(s).
- Damage Assessment. In the event of damage to the flower wall(s), company will assess the damage and provide an itemized invoice for the cost of repairs or replacement. Client agrees to pay the invoiced amount within 7 days of receipt.
